Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital setting, with a focus on Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologist experience.
  • Current certification as a CORST, CST, or TSC, with BLS certification from the AHA.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
