Primary Duties:
- Conduct vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the parts department and service advisors to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication with clients
- Identify issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
- Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to customers who may not have a technical background
- Stay informed on technical updates and participate in training sessions regularly
- Promptly report mechanical issues to management

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required
- ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver's license is necessary
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to comply with company policies
