- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent them.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety.
