Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As an Associate Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs, as well as material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Assist with basic activities such as office furniture moves, setups, and changing batteries in forklifts and other power equipment.
  • Maintain building, equipment, shop, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Complete work orders for work performed and include parts and inventory used.
  • Document all work order activities to follow MP2 requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
  • Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds.
  • Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques and practices.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and policies.
  • Ability to follow basic work instructions.
  • Must be flexible with work assignment and schedules.
  • Must pass training and receive Power Equipment and Manlift License.
