Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the total operation of a store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
