We're seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Lead to join our Greenville Facility in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the activities of the Maintenance team utilizing state-of-the-art technology to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
  • Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands knowledge while maintaining production goals.
  • Implement methods to improve productivity capabilities and solve operational problems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of automotive equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and communication skills.
