As a Housekeeper at Capstone Real Estate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily cleaning of the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant units as directed by your supervisor.
  • Ensuring that all vacant apartments and designated show units are kept in pristine condition throughout the day to attract potential residents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of units for new residents by performing additional tasks as requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
  • Reporting any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor to ensure the safety of residents, team members, and guests.
  • Maintaining an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying your supervisor when reordering is necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
