Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our tax team and cultivate relationships with clients. This role will involve technical reviews of complex tax returns, researching tax issues, and developing tax planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of tax professionals in reviewing complex business and personal tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college/university.
- CPA certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably with exposure to multi-state environments.
- Proven track record of training and developing junior staff.
