About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property, including all physical and mechanical aspects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and in good working order
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Prior maintenance experience and relevant certifications (HVAC, plumbing, CPO, electrical) are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and other unscheduled times
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Compensation
$22-$22 hourly wage
