Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Maintenance and Transportation Assistant at our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the facility's physical environment by performing light maintenance and organizing duties.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
  • CNA license preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to desired destinations using the facility vehicle.
  • Aid in escorting residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary transportation.

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
