Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients and their families.

• Provide warm and professional greetings to clients and their pets
• Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments and communicating with clients regarding their pets' care
• Assess client needs and provide emotional support and resources as needed
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member
• Confirm appointments and provide accurate information to clients regarding their pets' care
• Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner
