Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our in-house counsel team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting teams in reviewing, drafting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements for internal and external customers. You will also provide strategic legal and business advice to our rapidly growing sales teams and support biz-ops legal aspects such as insurance, regulations, permits, and policies across the company and priority markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracting and other matters are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and goals;
2. Provide day-to-day legal support, business-focused counseling to our teams;
3. Serve as a legal point of contact and provide legal support to our teams in the US, UK, and Israel;
4. Guide and support teams across the organization to review, draft, revise, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements (MSA, T&Cs, Service agreement, NDA, etc.) for internal/external customers and organizations;

Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience in-house or top-tier law firm;
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts;
- Availability and ability to routinely support our global operations, primarily US-based clients during their business hours.
