We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team at Handyman Connection of Covington, KY.


Job Summary

As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for sharing your expertise in home repair, maintenance, and remodeling on job sites. You will bid on work, finalize job materials, and effectively communicate with clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform home remodels, including bathroom and kitchen renovations
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces
  • Conduct general carpentry and drywall work
  • Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Install and repair floors
  • Provide residential maintenance services

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas: home remodels, painting, general carpentry, drywall work, basic plumbing and electrical, floor installations and repairs, residential maintenance
  • Understanding of building codes and materials management
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Tools, vehicle, and references
  • Smart phone and Internet access

Please note that we are looking for candidates with experience as a Remodeler or similar positions. No project managers or primarily new construction experience.
