Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional accountable for patient care delivery, guided by established nursing standards. The RN may oversee the activities of other nursing staff.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse is required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current licensure in the State of South Dakota as a Registered Nurse or a multi-state compact RN license, maintained in good standing.
ACLS certification is recommended.
PALS certification is highly recommended.
Attendance at all mandatory hospital and departmental meetings and training sessions is required.
Engagement in educational opportunities to maintain and enhance professional clinical competency is expected.
Work Schedule:
Varied shifts as needed; PRN options available.
Shifts may include 7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with occasional on-call duties.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with actual rates dependent on experience, starting at $46.50 per hour.
