This role involves supporting medical education efforts, assisting with case audits, conducting literature reviews, and ensuring treatment protocols align with best practices. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate support and clear explanations of medical procedures to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing clinical models and systems throughout treatment modalities
  • Advise on cases and assist team members and clients through medical education
  • Monitor ongoing implementation and effectiveness of processes to evaluate and maintain quality standards of treatment guidelines
  • Develop, maintain, and implement training programs for new employees
  • Conduct case audits and analyze trends and patterns
  • Educate new employees on medical knowledge areas
  • Conduct literature reviews using multiple databases for research-related cases
  • Assist clients and teams in understanding case-related injuries and probable treatments
  • Assist with medical writing for publications and training using multiple software applications
  • Assess department needs to determine medical knowledge training requirements
  • Communicate with clients to clarify treatment procedures and importance
  • Deliver compassionate support and attention to clients as needed

Qualifications:

  • State licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Medical Records review experience desired
  • 2 or more years of medical experience preferred in Primary Care, Emergency Room/Urgent Care, Orthopedic or Neurology
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Research skills
  • Proven success in meeting expectations as part of a team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to maintain discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
