Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential care for patients by utilizing the nursing process and established standards of practice.
  • Demonstrate expertise in personal hygiene assistance, range of motion exercises, and dressing changes.
  • Assist with changing linens, repositioning patients, and ensuring their comfort.
  • Participate in discharge planning, monitor vital signs, and support patient intake of food and fluids.
  • Aid in the administration of medications to patients in hospice or care settings.
  • Exhibit the ability to make independent clinical decisions within the scope of practice and knowledge, and perform additional tasks as needed.
