Multichannel Representative

**Job Summary:**

Tailored Management is seeking a Multichannel Representative to provide high-quality support and problem resolution to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, multichannel support and problem resolution to customers.
• Initiate the escalation process for unresolved customer problems.
• Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.

**Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math.

**Estimated Salary:** $17 per hour. This is a competitive salary based on industry standards and the location (WFH - Mason, OH). The position offers an initial 3-month contract, with opportunities to convert to full-time employment depending on performance and business need.
