Job Summary

Harbor is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data used in budget planning, decision support, productivity, variance analysis, economic justification, grants, revenue cycle, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of financial applications and theories to prepare the operating budget, month-end financial review, and forecasting processes.
  • Perform in-depth ad hoc financial analysis with recommendations and conclusions.
  • Maintain financial application integrity through daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance and processing of data loads, reconciliations, and structure maintenance.
  • Monitor the collection of statistics to ensure receipt in a timely fashion and update statistics on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Recommend changes to statistical data collection that more closely reflects Harbor standards and results.
  • Independently perform routine financial analysis with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in special projects as instructed by senior personnel and assist in intermediate financial analysis with supervision.
