Your Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems during initial visits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including your vehicle and tools.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Follow established procedures for documentation and paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and updates.
- Keep the dispatcher informed about your location and job status.
- Complete service tickets for all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Process payments for services when necessary.
- Address and resolve job-related issues effectively.
- Stay informed about company promotions and pricing strategies.
- Ensure your vehicle is stocked with necessary tools and materials.
- Recommend and sell services and products when appropriate.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications for Success:
- Valid EPA Certification.
- NATE certification or progress towards it.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Possession of all essential tools.
- Capability to manage challenging customer interactions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and priorities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Physical Demands:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Effective hearing and speaking skills for communication.
