Nurse Placement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Placement Specialist to join our team in Oregon. As a key member of our healthcare staffing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients in need.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $106,912 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an annual bonus structure.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility as a Nurse Placement Specialist will be to work closely with healthcare providers to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient transfers, conducting thorough risk assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements- A valid nursing license in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
- At least 2 years of experience in utilization review or discharge planning
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
