Job Title

Experienced Community Banking Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our community banking team and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising the Community Banking Associate team to ensure efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Directly supervise the Community Banking Associate team, ensuring they adhere to Bank operating policies and procedures;
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate community banking employee to meet office goals;
  • Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer service, effectively building relationships and expanding customer bases through personalized service;
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Community Banking Associate team members to achieve performance expectations and improve skills;
  • Monitoring and Performance Improvement: Monitor team balancing and provide coaching to improve performance and understanding as needed;
  • Compliance: Ensure the Community Banking Associate team adheres to regulatory requirements and follows security procedures;
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively handle customer problems related to the Community Banking Associate area, ensuring resolution and follow-up in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate work with other positions in the office, centralized operations personnel, and other departments;
  • Leadership: Directly lead and supervise a team of assigned employees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience: Two or more years' experience as a community banking supervisor or equivalent experience in another position;
  • Administrative Functions: Demonstrates advanced knowledge of community banking administrative and operational functions;
  • Management Skills: Above-average management and leadership skills;
  • Interpersonal Relations: Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and customer service skills;
  • Technical Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, analytical, and mathematics skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Theoretical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures and pertinent banking regulations;
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills and ability to identify sales opportunities;
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
