Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake sessions with clients and primary caregivers or guardians/parents upon admission.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, as well as group therapy in the field.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in PIQA meetings, direct care team meetings, and clinical staffing meetings.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Family Therapist/Shadow will be expected to maintain organized and detailed case management, use evidence-based practices/interventions, and adhere to ANASAZI Foundation compliance standards.
