This includes daily servicing of guest rooms, stocking carts with supplies, and replenishing guest room amenities while following company standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Cart Preparation: Prepare carts with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint or furniture.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient hotel operations and provide excellent guest service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, including high-pressure situations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
