Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Portland Hillsboro. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions, while also providing exceptional guest service.

• Review and reconcile daily transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously, and respond to any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Communicate effectively with all shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and type accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as overnight shifts.
