Nursing Academic Leader Needed

Carrington College invites applications for the position of Assistant Dean of Nursing, reporting directly to the campus President. The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide strategic leadership to our nursing program, ensuring it aligns with college objectives and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, leadership, and practice, with a proven track record of driving program growth and success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the nursing program strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Foster a positive and productive working relationship with faculty, staff, and students.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Significant experience in nursing education, leadership, and practice.
  • Current Idaho RN License.
