Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at SpringHill Suites in Carowinds. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our guests by offering a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, warm conversations, and helpful suggestions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations on our beverage menu.
• Monitor and manage alcohol sales and consumption, ensuring compliance with NC Liquor Laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid ID to verify age.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale system and other technology tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to company policies and procedures.
