Job Summary: The Physician, as a leader of the care team, provides outstanding, comprehensive primary health to a panel of patients. The Physician ensures the delivery of highest quality affordable care through medical oversight, expertise, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with the patient-centered medical home model.
* Ensure continuous availability for medical and technical questions from clients, patients, and care staff.
* Participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluation of performance metrics.
* Adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality programs, regulatory standards, and policies.
* Implement new health technologies, products, services, and programs that establish Crossover as a leader in employer-based healthcare.
Requirements:
* Completion of an ACGME-approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
* Valid, state-issued medical license for the state where you'll work (active on offer letter date and first day of work).
* Current BLS certification and DEA Registration.
* 3 Professional References.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2 years of clinical practice experience.
* Current Certification or active participation in the exam process leading to Family Medicine Certification.
* Knowledge of managed healthcare systems, including quality assurance, risk management, and population health programs.
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
