To be successful, the nurse should have:

  • 2 years of experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
  • A valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • A valid Driver's License
  • A background and drug screen
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
