Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Productivity: Meet or exceed daily sales and productivity goals by effectively promoting our products and services to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and inventory.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to loss prevention standards and procedures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
