Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapist Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to young children with autism in a center-based setting, implementing specific treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Work one-on-one with children, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, pre-k teacher, or childcare worker.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn ABA techniques with training.
  • Ability to write and document treatment notes.
