Key Responsibilities
- Assess the unique requirements of assigned students through various evaluation methods.
- Analyze referral information and assessment results to establish tailored educational goals for each student.
- Collaborate with general education instructors to address the educational, social, emotional, and physical needs of students.
- Design and implement personalized learning strategies and instructional plans.
- Create engaging teaching materials aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and administrators regarding student progress and IEP reviews.
- Utilize diverse instructional methods to cater to each student's learning preferences in a supportive environment.
- Monitor and document student progress using appropriate assessment tools.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports to inform stakeholders of student achievements.
- Develop and execute interventions to support student success in achieving their educational objectives.
- Work collaboratively with school personnel to ensure the effective implementation of IEPs and special education services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Valid teaching certification in the state.
