Winchester Electronics is seeking a skilled Assembler - Cable Harnessing Specialist to join our team. As an Assembler - Cable Harnessing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cable harnesses and assemblies for our defense, aerospace, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities- Produce conforming products following defined criteria in working documents.
- Review all documentation prior to production to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure quality is built into the product while maintaining labor standards.
- Perform testing for electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integration, assemblies, test platforms, and components.
- Maintain test reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with respective departments to ensure seamless production and quality control.
- Experience in cable harness assembly, potting and molding, and soldering.
- Experience in aerospace is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of hand tools and machines.
- Ability to solder or be trainable to meet company standards.
- Ability to meet IPC- WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.
- A competitive salary range of $18.50-$22.00 per hour.
