About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will work 8 hour rotating day/evening/overnight shifts, including weekends. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and their families in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities- Apply professional practice knowledge and skills to provide high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Formulate a plan of care that considers individual patient needs.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to improve clinical practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited program (PA or CRNP).
- Current state licensure and certification (PA or CRNP).
- Experience in pediatric emergency medicine or a related field (preferable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
