Dialysis Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in our in-center hemodialysis units, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized nursing services.

Our RNs are vital in maintaining high standards of safety and quality care for every patient.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, three 12-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation Package:
Pay range from $35-$40 per hour, based on nursing and dialysis experience

What You Will Do:
Prepare and operate dialysis machines, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Conduct hemodialysis treatments according to established protocols

Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching

Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records

Adhere to infection control regulations set by CDC/CMS

Participate in patient care discussions and documentation

Ensure continuity of care with local healthcare facilities

Assist in maintaining medication inventory

Lead a small team of care providers

Support the onboarding of new staff as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Training:
Accredited nursing degree required

Dialysis experience is not mandatory; job shadowing opportunities are available
