Staff Pharmacist

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio. As a per diem, nonexempt pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy operations.

• Filling orders with precision and attention to detail
• Verifying technician-prepared products before release
• Maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances
• Entering orders and patient information with accuracy
• Aiding in the training of new staff members
• Providing updates to the Director on daily pharmacy activities
• Supporting the Director in maintaining pharmacy operations

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program (strongly preferred)
• Experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
