Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your welcoming demeanor and ability to engage with visitors will set the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively, collaborating with various departments to meet their needs.
- Offer insightful information about the local area and hotel amenities, enhancing the guest experience.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette, including call transfers, message taking, and reservation management.
- Adhere to cash handling protocols, accurately processing and reconciling guest charges.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and cooperation with all hotel departments.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in customer service within a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using technology and must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $13.00-$13.50.
