Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician/Medical Director Post-Acute Long Term Care to join our team. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for performing consultations primarily in skilled nursing facilities, working closely with our nurse practitioners to provide high-level care. You will have the autonomy to build an independent practice while making a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Round at assigned facilities for physician-only responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with OnSite nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive care.
  • Assume facility Medical Directorships to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement education programs on best practices.
  • Integrate various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Active South Carolina MD/DO license.
  • DEA registration.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong patient assessment skills.
  • Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.
