We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant at Salvation Army U.S. in Fresno, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the public with donations of goods, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all customers.
  • Maintain the donations area in a clean and safe condition, adhering to high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Receive and process acceptable donated materials, while courteously rejecting materials deemed unacceptable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
