Indiana University Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Pediatric Endocrinology division, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children and adolescents with endocrine disorders.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose children and adolescents with endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to manage endocrine disorders, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, social workers, and certified diabetes care and education specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in faculty appointments with the IU School of Medicine, providing clinical supervision and research opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for endocrine care.
- Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes.
- Eligibility for licensure in the state of Indiana.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
