We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Meda Health. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with psychiatric conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
