About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Union Hospital. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repair and preventative maintenance of all buildings and support equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, water heaters, and refrigerators.
  • Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, sinks, toilets, water supply, and drains.
  • Perform electrical repair and replacement of switches, receptacles, light fixtures, and circuit breakers.
  • Maintain all electrical systems, including installation of transformers, panels, and new circuits for relocation or installation of medical and support equipment.
Requirements
  • Electrical and mechanical background with ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic controls.
  • Must have or be able to obtain necessary refrigerant certifications.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
