Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks within apartment complexes and associated facilities to uphold the quality and value of the properties. This role supports maintenance, landscaping, and management initiatives to meet organizational standards and enhance resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Availability may vary based on property needs, including weekends.
- A valid California Driver's License is required.
- Background check and physical examination will be conducted.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in HVAC is required.
