Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers in South Tampa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in restoring the rhythm of our customers' lives by providing exceptional service and ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure that every vehicle is repaired efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damage and determine the most cost-effective repair options.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with technicians to develop repair plans and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in collision estimating or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
