As an Occupational Therapist with Ambe Healthcare Staffing, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with varying diagnoses, with the goal of improving their functional mobility, upper extremity function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify areas of deficit and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide instruction and education to patients and their caregivers on safe execution of facilitatory techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health, or outpatient setting
  • Current Occupational Therapy certification or eligibility for certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current California Drivers License
  • Eligibility to be insured under the Medical Centers Liability Policy with DMV Report
  • Proof of current auto insurance coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical competence and professional clinical judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
