Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care to inmates, including administering medications, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current LPN single-state (NC) or multi-state license status and have a minimum of 1-year experience in a correctional or healthcare setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is also required.
