Job Responsibilities:

  • Washing and drying linens and clothing.
  • Folding and organizing laundry into designated resident containers.
  • Transporting clean laundry to various locations within the facility.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms, and hallways through sweeping and mopping; buffing as necessary.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures as required.
  • Restocking supplies in all bathrooms.
  • Daily cleaning of horizontal surfaces to remove dust and dirt using appropriate disinfectants.
  • Performing cleaning duties in resident rooms following established protocols.
  • Daily upkeep of nurses' stations, utility rooms, shower areas, common rooms, and kitchenettes.

Qualifications:

Experience in institutional cleaning is preferred.
