Job Summary

Summary: Performs accounts receivable functions, including billing, statement preparation, and payment processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administers accounts receivable activities, including billing, statement preparation, and payment processing.
  • Monitors and verifies charges to accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Responds to billing inquiries and resolves customer disputes in a timely manner.
  • Monitors transfers and credit rebill process, posting all payments and credits.
  • Prepares month-end reconciliation process and distributes reports.
  • Assists with current and outstanding account collection process.
  • Maintains open communication channels with customers, employees, and management.
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed.
