GIS Analyst

Bartlett & West is seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join our team. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a key role in providing geospatial technical leadership on various projects, working closely with internal teams and clients to develop innovative solutions.

• Design and lead integration and deployment of new methods or processes for data sourcing, development, and management on client systems and internal to Bartlett & West
• Develop and support geographic databases, and perform quality assurance/quality control on GIS and non-spatial data to meet quality goals
• Attend client meetings, as needed, and document key information relative to business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Develop and participate in ongoing client maintenance and support opportunities, such as presentations and relationship-building activities

• An associate's degree or equivalent coursework from an accredited school in GIS, Geography, or a related field is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience working with GIS, with experience using ESRI or Bentley software products, and familiarity with ArcGIS, specifically ArcPro and ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Strong experience in Geographic and Spatial methodologies required, with a background in wastewater collection systems, stormwater collection systems, and water systems, specifically rural water networks, desirable.
