Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring that we meet our performance targets and maintain high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that production processes are running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of production staff, including training, development, and performance management.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, maintenance teams, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Two to five years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Four-year degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
