We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician to join our expanding Psychiatry team at a prominent Medical Center. This role offers a unique blend of inpatient care and teaching responsibilities, perfect for those passionate about education and patient care.

Position Highlights:

  • Work within a 300+ bed Acute Care Hospital
  • Current schedule: Monday to Friday with minimal weekend rotation
  • Future transition to a 7 on, 7 off work model
  • Manage 15-20 inpatient consultations weekly
  • Engage in Emergency Department consultations with no evening call
  • Focus on adult psychiatric consultations without discharge duties
  • Opportunity to supervise and teach residents
  • Be part of a residency program initiated in 2021 with a state-of-the-art training facility
  • Core faculty positions and academic appointments are available
  • Visa sponsorship options (H1B and J1) are offered

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $350K, based on experience
